5. Long running orders done (t-shirts) (⏲ 4 weeks before the event)
6. Last minute preparations (⏲ 1 day before the event)
7. Recover, Recap and Review (⏲ 1 month after the event)
8. Start organizing next year (⏲ About half a year before next event should start)
