Changes since alpha10:

- Fixes to TD-50X communications
- Fixes to TD-50X schema
- Initial support for "copy node" and "paste node", allowing instruments (or MFX settings, or trigger banks etc) to be copy/pasted within one explorer window. The UI for this may change over time, but it does appear to work.
