自定义拖动组件频率，已经支持拖动组件！！！ 精易论坛开源大赛的时候应该还会更新，求求各位给我点今年活着的理由（滑稽）。
现在好多BUG。 比如：调整层次无法在编辑的时候使用CreateWindowEX无法调整层次（背景图片会挡着其它图片） 组件属性会莫名其妙的改变-已经修复 组件会莫名其妙的消失（CreateWindowEX成功）
