This PR vastly simplifies things.
Needed for #63 as well as to make #58 optional.
Now, the check types represent the check configuration - rather than the check result. Consequently, we are also able to get rid of all the per-check leptos views (in future,
check.infowould use Markdown via juspay/nix-health#30).
