You might see this error on terraform plan/terraform apply after update from rc.3 to rc.4 due to a fixed resource name:

│ No resource schema found for kaleido_platform_cms_action_creatapi when decoding prior state

Use tf terraform state list then tf terraform state rm ... to remove any invalid resources.
