Hello World

I build bioinformatics pipelines to analyze high-dimensional biological datasets and examine novel computational biology software tools. From using whole-genome sequences for studying patterns of introgression to benchmarking an autoencoder using a single-cell multimodal dataset, I have used computational approaches to explore a breadth of biological fields.
