/ccnc_bin/anaconda2/bin/python /ccnc_bin/freesurfer_summary.py -f ${FREESURFER_DIR}

#eg) 
/ccnc_bin/anaconda2/bin/python /ccnc_bin/freesurfer_summary.py -f /home/kangik/KANGIK/FREESURFER
