MUNchkin version 1.1

In this version, new features have been added to MUNchkin:

• Prefix can be changed. Default prefix is !
• Caucuses can be paused by writing 'pause' and resumed using !resume
• Data should not be lost during a restart (DB integration)
• Note passing feature
• Better help and formatted errors

Youtube-DL Patch

Issues have occurred with YouTube where the gavel sound effect fails to play at the end of a caucus. Some of these Issues have been patched out.
- Ipv4 is now forced
- source address defaulted
- Error message appears when sound fails due to YouTube blocking traffic.

Error Handling Patch

• Added Error checking for failed startSession commands
• Error appears if someone calls startSession without Chair role
• Error appears if someone calls startSession while not in Voice Channel
