First beta release

This is highly tested and used for a hand ful of hours at a time but obviously I cannot encounter every possible edge case, let me know if you find any issues.

Its certainly possible that you might encounter weird glitches or game crashes, if you do you can go into the config file of the mod and set EnableOptimizations to false, then you're left with just the shortened transition times which in itself already is a decent decrease in wait times.
