18 figure out how to pack binary into model format #19

Status: We have the body, head, feet, left arm, right arm and buster encoding into the game.

We also managed to clean up the mesh headers in the file to make it easier to read.

Next step is going to be to start to encode the different feet into the game, but before that we need to figure out what's going on with the compressed face not being copied in.
