Release Notes

A bug fix introduced for upper TE point removal
A previously fixed error on duplicate points were fixed in a better way.
Airfoil rotation and transformation is done through AFSMO itself. no --scale option anymore, handled via --itrn switch.

Interpolation is done outside of AFSMO meaning no practical limit for the number of points.
in addition, afsmo.dat file is being generated by AFSMO with maximum allowable number of interpolated points.
afsmo.dat file is modified as a standard dat file in-place, so that if someone prefers AFSMO built in interpolation scheme, they can use afsmo.dat instead.
Original NASA TM-84666 is included as a quick REF.
