fix(tui): Enter works after filtering

Description:

When filter is focused, hitting Enter now applies the filter.

• If there is exactly one match → selects it immediately,
• Otherwise blurs the filter and returns focus to the table so Enter selects the highlighted row.

Resolved #4 the bug where selection was blocked while filter owned Enter.

Also adds a auto-tag feature
