fix pyinstaller run time "importError: attempted relative import with no known parent package"
added a "build.bat" to create a console and non-console lgtv executable
the non-console exe is used by control applications that work in the background
the console exe is good for interactive test and control
added an "lgtv.py" entry point script
added LGTV/__main__.py for module invocation
