Objective: Get Norfolk up and running in all categories as quickly and efficiently as possible.

City of Norfolk coverage is limited by both unpublished data and data that is structured differently than Virginia Beach.

This objective is related to the goal of adding any city as quickly and efficiently as possible, while respecting local requirements that may be different. We are not attempting to address that here.

In the future we will have a conference that brings together data stewards from as many HRVA cities as possible to attempt to increase similarity between cities' data sets.
