Updated to imgui 1.80
changed killproof.me window to imgui table
new setting to specify what is shown, when data is private/unavailable
new setting to stop closing the killproof.me window when pressing ESC
Open killproof.me in browser on click on accountname or charactername
Added input field to manually add players to the list (use account name)
