Summary

  • Chokepoints with the highest disruption scores (red/problematic) now appear first
  • Same pattern as the tariff sort fix — spread + sort to avoid mutating original data

Test plan

  • Verify chokepoints with active warnings/high scores appear at the top of the list
  • Verify green (0/100) chokepoints sort to the bottom

- Restore "Strip unterminated" comment in summarize-article.ts that
  tests use to locate the unterminated tag stripping section
- Update ACLED tests to check for cachedFetchJson instead of removed
  getCachedJson/setCachedJson patterns
