• updated all packages to the very latest versions
• support latest cheroot instead of cherrypy which was divided into two projects
• move Docker image from Python 3.7 to Python 3.10
• add testing with Pythons 3.9, 3.10
• clean code: move to using Path objects, f-string & etc
