1. Added calculation code and print output for ITCV benchmark
2. Added impact table for R
3. Suppress chi-square warning message in non-linear model (RIR)
4. Minor edits for testthat code

• removed the arranging function to address the error related to the %>% operator, which is not critical and aligns well with how Stata presents its table components.
• completed the local syntax check and all four devtools checks.
• will update the NEWS.md file after this pull request is merged.
