  1. Added the definitions of conductivity operator, functional.
  2. Assembly routines for the above operator and functional.
  3. March on time loop for solving nonlinear ohms law in conjunction with the efie.
  4. An example where a sphere is illuminated by a gaussian plane wave and possess a ndc type conductivity.
