Replacing the asset pipeline with Webpack 2 in Rails

This is an example project which contains all of the code as discussed in my article of the same name.

It is based on Docker and so only requires Docker to be installed and then initialized with ./bin/docker/boot. The rest should be taken care of by Docker.
