- Fixed links to reflect Nokia's 2016 purchase of Bell Labs.
- From Wikipedia, the official site for Plan 9 is a Amazon AWS site, but there is also the alternate site at 9p.io (if you prefer 9p.io, just let me know and I'll make them all consistent).
- Changed the original AT&T Bell System Technical Journal articles on Unix Document Preparation and Unix Statistical Text Processing to archive.org links pulled in 2014 (before the purchase by Nokia)
