This pull request includes the addition of a linting configuration file and linting script. It also unifies the API receiver on methods, fixes typos, fixes linter complaints in tests, fixes field alignment, moves magic numbers to constants, fixes vertical spacing, and addresses linter complaints. Additionally, it adds golangci-lint to GitHub Actions for code linting.
