Added off heap memory to calculation for YuniKorn gang scheduling

Purpose of this PR

add potential off heap memory into calculations of gang scheduling for yunikorn. As per spark configuration page,

Proposed changes:

• added a new function for adding potential off heap memory like pyspark memory
• fixed a typo in executorPysparkMemoryBytes
