caution: this a WIP patch and still need discussion.
Currently, the
proxylist.txtrules are only applied when transparent proxy mode is set tocn_proxyorgfwlist_proxy, which is unintutive for average users. I discover this issue only after I checked firewall rules and found no reference to ipsetv2ray_dst_proxy_v4. This patch add a feature to force apply the rules insideproxylist.txt. I don't know whether it break any others' use cases but it seems configurable and not changing any existing behaviour.
