Create and activate virtual environment:
python -m venv .venv .venv\Scripts\activate # Windows source .venv/bin/activate # macOS/Linux

Install dependencies:
pip install -r requirements.txt

Run migrations:
python manage.py migrate

Start the server:
python manage.py runserver
