HTML Maps creating with folium

A module for creating web-maps with marks, which are 10 nearest places of films shooting.

To run a programm, use command line and enter such arguments in this order:

year: year of shooting
latitude: your first coordinate
longtitude: your second coordinate
path_to_dataset: path to the file with data
