Arbitrary setting before messing with changes & galaxy

#144 suggested adding tags for versioning.

Based on https://galaxy.ansible.com/geerlingguy/php and https://github.com/geerlingguy/ansible-role-php/releases/tag/4.6.1 I think this is enough to make it work?
