BigDataX REU Program Assignment from Professor Ioan Raicu The files with .sh are the bash scripts and the .py file is the python program. The run_scripts.txt file gives the UNIX commands that allow for the execution of the bash scripts. By utilizing them and running python3 graph.py, it will be possible to create the graph.
