The dict_manager! and dict_manager_default! test macros accepted a $tracker_num parameter but ignored it when inserting trackers into the DictManager, always using a hardcoded key 2. This created a mismatch between the macro's signature and its behavior, making it incorrect for any $tracker_num != 2.
