Remove WASM support

Builds on #2326. Removes WASM (wasm32) support entirely.

• Delete examples/wasm-demo/ and examples/wasm-demo-cairo1/
• Remove wasm-related entries from workspace and vm Cargo.toml
• Remove #[cfg_attr(target_arch = "wasm32", wasm_bindgen_test)] from ~85 source files (1,489 occurrences)
• Remove #[cfg(target_arch = "wasm32")] / #[cfg(not(target_arch = "wasm32"))] gates and dead wasm branches
• Remove wasm CI jobs (smoke-wasm-std, test-wasm, wasm-demo, wasm-demo-cairo1), targets, and cache paths
• Remove test-wasm Makefile target and wasm-pack install
• Remove WebAssembly Demo section from README
