fix(levm): fix ef tests deserialize (#1903)

**Motivation**

In this PR we solved the wrong ef tests summaries due to incorrect fork
parsing

**Description**

We change the `"ConstantinopleFix"` to be parsed as the `Petersburg`
fork, instead of the `Constantinople`
