Adds plain-text output to the tool, as well as a filter for the file selection dialog to make it easier to locate files with the appropriate format for conversion.

Well, it works... or at least some of it. Despite being present, the font options change nothing. Choose an image file (and make sure it's an image; I haven't added file name verification yet). The output is written to the current directory as out.png. The size does affect the output image and is set to be 64x64 by default.
