I coded this because I got tired of pasting stuff into Excel to graph it.
This branch adds an option to plot the fit and the experimental data at the end of the run.
I'm not sure what I want to do with this - it's pretty crude at the moment, and I don't really want to spend a lot of effort making it clean and fancy. But I find it useful for myself.
Would be more convenient if this saved images to the output directory instead of display and block.
Also could be convenient as a command line option to be used on a completed run.
