Fixed issues with the rankN update methods.
Previously, it was set to have fixed number of rank updates.
However, an error (between K0Res and IdK0Res) that is too low will introduce numerical error when constructing Krylov subspace, causing new vectors not being orthogonal with previous vectors.
A while condition with error threshold was added to solve this issue.
