New version to test two things:

  1. Does the error previously seen with two boards still appear?
  2. Did the speed of the acquisition increase?

Also the data format might look not symmetric anymore.
Since it might be possible that only one of the acdc boards is triggered sometimes only data for one board will be written

Update log:

  1. Oscope mode allows for a 2 board readout. In this case still 5 windows will open plotting 10 channels instead of 5.
  2. Self trigger threshold is now a setting done in adc counts repective to the pedestal.
  3. A new data format is introduced combining all data and metadata into one file.
  4. A python script to count the registered pulses in one channel over several events. At this point the script might have to be started separately from the software but try it from the software anyway
