Interoceptive Awareness Task

This repository contains all the necessary Files to run this Task using psychopy.

Installation

Go to the installation page to install the PsychoPY

How to run

1. Open PsychoPy3 Runner View

2. Add the File StimTool.py by clicking the green plus button.

3. Highlight the StimTool.py file and click the green button to run the script.

4. A dialogue will open to enter the information below:

   • Subject ID (no spaces)
   • Administrator ID (any 2 letter for initials)
   • Choose 'JustIA_Practice.TL' for Experiment Order.

   Press OK to continue

5. Use the number on the keyboard to make responses.

Experiment Order depends on sessions

• JustIA_PRACTICE.TL refers to the practice session
• JustIA_SCAN.TL refers to the scan session

Buttons

This task utilizes a button box but if you do not have a button box, use the numbers on the keybard.

• '1' = blue button
• '2' = yellow button
• '3' = green button
• '4' = red button

Output Files

The output is a csv file in the C:\StimToolData\ directory This output location can be set in the .PARAMS files.
