I have nearly 20 years of experience leading initiatives across Data, Analytics, and AI, with a strong focus on building and evolving data platforms that deliver real business impact. My work combines data engineering, analytics, and delivery management, with direct accountability for teams, execution, stakeholders, and outcomes.

Throughout my career, I have led projects across industries such as telecom, fintech, retail, e-commerce, and other enterprise environments, working with teams and stakeholders in Brazil, North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. I have held roles including Head of Data, Lead Data Engineer, Technical Leader, and Project Manager, connecting strategy, architecture, and end-to-end delivery.

I bring extensive experience in designing and governing modern data platforms, leading multidisciplinary teams, and managing delivery in cloud environments such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure. I have been responsible for initiatives that generated significant results, including data monetization programs with an impact exceeding BRL 12 million in annual recurring revenue and consulting projects supporting client portfolios above BRL 300 million.

Beyond corporate roles, I have experience founding and managing businesses, strengthening my ability to balance execution, innovation, and strategic decision-making. I also engage with the data community as a speaker and guest lecturer in MBA programs and hold MBAs in Strategic Marketing and in Management, Entrepreneurship, and Business Development.
