2th Version of Lectron Launcher

• change logo, background, icons
• update the GUI to be looking better
• update to 1.16.5
• update optifine
• it say "username already exists" in the login box for cracked players, the launcher would check if that name already exists in mojang database, then it will not let cracked player choose that name
• auto relog after disconnection
