Summary

swap Python configurator for a Node.js/Express web app
auto-read services and dependencies from docker-compose.yml
ignore node_modules folder
document running the new configurator

Testing

npm install --silent
node configurator.js & sleep 2; kill $!
python -m py_compile start_services.py
