Visual Paradigm hot-reload plugin

What is it

This plugin just reload all other plugins without Visual Paradigm restart.

How to use

1. Download a ZIP from releases
2. Install into Visual Paradigm (Help->Install)
3. Restart Visual Paradigm
4. Click the button "Reload all" on the tab "Plugins"
