The job looks like so. Pass along any thoughts or merge away.
The geocoding/parcel lookups are still running on an outside machine. If you're able to change the upsert transformations so that no geocoding/parcel lookups are required we can get ride of the their transformations. Otherwise I'll create another job or incorporate them into this one.
