Firstly you will have to install all the required software in order to build from source.

Then you can continue from your favorite Editor/IDE

JetBrains Rider & Visual Studio

Open the solution file LibrePay.sln
Wait for the projects to load
Click on build solution (or press crtl + shift + b)
