- keep page title consistent with other pages - add a card like on other pages - move resource name and actions into card header - remove release selector dropdown - releases are shown in its own tile - note: some resource actions might go elsewhere
- additional refactorings to classes and methods related to resource tags

Moved the more -> tag current state action from the "menu" into its dedicated tile. The existing tags for the resource are shown in this tile too.
The analyze -> test generation action should be moved too, but this will be done in different PR
