Add missing repos to LSDB workflow dashboard.

For the issues and PRs search page, we use the (dynamic) list of 8 repos

'hats', 'hats-cloudtests', 'hats-import', 'hats-tap', 'lsdb', 'lsdb-crossmatch', 'lsdb-rubin', 'lsdb-server'

'hats-tap' and 'lsdb-server' were not present on the build dashboard.
