Description
Upgrade Jest to v30.1.3 to address security vulnerabilities. (https://github.com/line/liff-mock/security/dependabot/83)
To fully address this security alert, we also need to update the liff-sdk to version 2.27.1 or later. I will update the liff-sdk in the next PR.
During the migration to Jest v30, some aliases were removed, so I replaced them. (https://jestjs.io/docs/upgrading-to-jest30#removal-of-alias-matcher-functions)
