The intend behind having `git` on the TAC is not for a user to install software or similar. We only have `git` on the TAC because the GitHub and GitLab action runner software uses it. Make this more clear by setting the RDEPENDs appropriately. Signed-off-by: Leonard Göhrs <l.goehrs@pengutronix.de>

While at it I've also noticed that there were new releases available for both packages, so I went ahead and updated them.
The changelogs did not indicate any relevant changes (to me).
