We don't have AdwaitaLegacy in Mint 22, so for now it should stay as 'gnome' (which we do still have). I guess we can update the default background. I'm not sure what distribution you're on, but these are things the package maintainer could handle by overriding those settings to align to distribution defaults. |

adwaita-timed.xml was removed upstream: GNOME/gnome-backgrounds@5f7e8a8
As for the icon theme, because Adwaita is blacklisted, this uses AdwaitaLegacy instead, which is a drop-in replacement for the "gnome" icon theme.
