Pin required preprocessor packages and update the TensorRT installer to use stable NVIDIA PyPI builds.
The packages
controlnet-aux,mediapipe, andinsightfacewere previously either missing from requirements or treated as optional, leading to installation issues and unexpected behavior. They are now explicitly required and pinned to known-good versions. The TensorRT installer was updated to use stable, officially released versions from NVIDIA's PyPI, improving reliability and addressing a long-standing TODO.
