I'm seeing 3 commits here, one where @franciscojavierarceo is added as a committer, one where I am added as a committer, and then one where I am removed as a committer. Can I ask for context here on this @reluctantfuturist ?

as usual, nothing complicated, but us thrashing internally while also dealing with getting the stable release out! Sorry about the churn. We promise to streamline the process in time for the release.
