This change removes the `localstack.authenticate` command, as it's obsolete since the setup wizard handles all of the necessary setup steps.

This change removes the
localstack.authenticatecommand, as it's obsolete since the setup wizard handles all of the necessary setup steps. In other words, executinglocalstack.authenticateis never necessary.
